Spanish Restaurant Group in USA - California|Opportunity to be part of a project with new openings
Spanish family restaurant group, with restaurants in Spain and USA (West Coast) and in expansion opening nes restaurants in United States.
Work closely with the Operations Director and Head Chef to design a Wine list for the restaurants.
Work closely with the Restaurant Directors to make sure the Wine list and beverage list in the restaurants is performing well, is updated and the staff has the proper training to offer it tothe clients.
Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage program that aligns with the restaurant's concept and enhances guests' dining experiences.
Create and maintain an extensive wine list, including a diverse selection of wines from various regions.
Collaborate with the culinary team to pair wines with the menu, offering expert suggestions to enhance the flavors and nuances of the dishes.
Train and educate restaurant staff on wine offerings, including proper wine service techniques, tasting notes, and food pairings.
Monitor wine inventory, oversee purchasing, and manage stock levels to ensure optimal selection and availability.
Adhere to all relevant liquor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Requisitos mínimos
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role for a Restaurant group or resorts.
Degree in Sommelier
Experience in mixology and bartending.
